I somehow received an email titled “Bible References for your Blog” from Logos Bible Software yesterday and the first thought was “How the HECK did you get my email address!” Three minutes later, I was glad that they had it and shot me a note.
Logos’ RefTagger plugin for WordPress is simply awesome. That’s because of a number of things:
- It’s lightweight. Only 1 .php file and under 20k.
- Easy to install. Most WP plugins are easy to install, but many come with customization requirements to work. This has none. Download, unzip, upload, install.
- It does have some plugin settings which are simple and intuitive. I like that.
- Has an option to insert Libronix DLS links after each reference. I’m a Libronix user because of my needs for Seminary and all the insane studying and research papers I have to write. A marriage between my two worlds, WordPress and Libronix? Whoa.
So, check it out and give it a go.
