Please pray with me for God’s justice and will to prevail in a conflict between Nicaragua and Costa Rica. On Tuesday, March 8, 2011, the International Court of Justice will make a ruling in this matter and I ask that God’s Justice prevails in this conflict. In Jesus name. Amen

This prayer request is for my mother, Mrs. Amy Karthigesu

She had breast cancer about 3 years back and they removed her left breast. Thereafter the doctors said that she has no invessive sells and so no treatment is required but to keep her under observation.

Every two months she went for regular checkups and reports showed no sign of cancer spreading.

About two months back she had a breathing difficulty and after checkups they informed that the cancer has spread to her Lungs and Liver. They wanted to start Chemotherapy immediately. The treatment was to be taken once in three weeks and there were 6 treatments.

After the 3rd treatment the symptoms of Chemotherapy, such as vomiting and splitting headache never reduced but became worse. As per the doctor usually the after effects stays only for 5 days after the treatment but this continued and got worse day by day for more than 10 days. So doctor suspected that it would have spread to her brain and after the MRI scan he confirmed it. They immediately stopped Chemotherapy and started Radiotherapy for her brain.

All 10 treatments of Radiotherapy were over on the 9th of September and they asked us to bring her home as there is no more treatment to be given.

We are feeding her through a tube fixed to her nose and so there is not much of food. Her body is now lifeless and she is unconscious. She can hear what we say but cannot respond. We cannot continue with the rest of the Chemotherapy treatments also (3 more) because she does not have enough strength to bare it. She sometimes would open her eyes and gaze somewhere without blinking.

Doctors say that she is very unfortunate because there was only 1 focus which was invessive. But I want to prove them wrong. I don’t care what the doctors or others say. I want to prove everyone wrong and show that god can do wonders.

My mother is very much spiritual but would have never prayed for herself. Now everyone are praying for her. And I believe that all this prayers will definitely be heard by god and he will heal her by his touch. There is nothing impossible with Jesus. And I know that he will shower his blessings on her and show his power to people who do not trust in him.

My father is a Hindu and I have never seen him pray and he does not show any interest towards prayers also. But now I see him pray to JESUS day and night as we all have laced our trust only on him. And when there is a prayer on TV he is the first person to pray along.

My mother always wanted all of us to pray together as a family. But we always pray alone on a convenient time and never together. Now as a family we gather around her to pray together. Her will is fulfilled now.

She was the backbone of our family and has always done everything for her husband, children and sisters and may be some had taken it for granted. Now we all are taking care of her like a baby and we now realize how valuable she was and she is and will never do the fault of taking her for granted again.

We all understand and believe that Jesus has done all these changes for a good course. To bring a family together, to show the importance of a mother and a wife, to create belief in all minds that Jesus is the living god.

We all pray to him day and night and what he has said is that if we ask him to do something he will definitely do it the way he wants to so have no doubt about it.

But my question to Jesus is; my mother has done nothing wrong to a single soul. She has only given happiness to everyone. She prays a lot. Why does she have to go through so much of suffering? For how more long is she going to go carry this burden and go through this suffering? She does not deserve this. Why can’t god remove her pain and bring her back to her senses? When will her pain come to an end and when will she be back to normal? Will he answer these questions?

Please pray for the speedy recovery of my mother. I remember her crying and telling the doctor one day to save her because she needs to take care of her children. Please pray and ask Jesus to give her back to us and we will be a witness of this miracle.

Since we all are human beings. We get emotional and loose ourselves to Satan at times.

So also pray for all her family members to pray with 100% faith and never doubt Jesus and his healing power at whatever situation.
