KidCheck is a child check-in system used by professional childcare providers, activity centers, gym/fitness centers and yes Churches!
Not to knock-on other child check-in solutions that are integrated into a ChMS, but KidCheck is built to do one thing and one thing only. You won’t find extra modules to add, here, just three editions and four pricing models of the same service: Secure child check-in.
Secure, easy to use, and my favorite aspect, affordable!

As you can see by the feature list, KidCheck boasts some really great features and I like how they’ve tiered the features.

I actually used this today when I was checking in my two nieces to an indoor play area. Worked ok, but the first child I entered had not options for editing the name. So my older niece that I put in first automatically got my last name (even though we don’t share a last name.) I didn’t see an easy way to edit.
Other than that, it seemed to work well. The place gave me a key card so i can just scan in next time I am there. Honestly, I am not sure I really want them to track me when I am there (and really don’t see much benefit in not spending the 30 seconds to just sign in.)
I understand that for churches or daycare or places where you go regularly it might be useful. But this is a drop in play area that I have been to twice before and while I will probably come back, they now have a phone number, birthdays of my nieces and my address tied to my entry to the area.
