It is misleading to make someone think how successful or unsuccessful they are based on this rank since it is obviously very dynamic. It is a pretty cool search engine, though. I looked at my score; I am a little disappointed because our score is not quite a 91. Then again, I noticed your score had changed as well. A RSS feed to keep track of it is nice and I am going to utilize it. Keeping tabs on what is being said is vital to web marketing and it is smart to monitor stats on site visitors, etc. Just be careful of how deeply you dig into the monitoring.
