JewTube has been around for nearly 2 years and yet this is the first time someone has passed this through my desk. I suppose that means that it hasn’t gotten much traction… yet…?
I wonder if there’s a market for something like this?
Sites like these are super-simple to setup (I know, I’ve tried).
All you need is a little “green” on the front end and you’ll be all good. You don’t even need to skin it differently either…!

umm guys…. we were actually first with the idea…. http://www.christiantube.tv/ just i guess we broke ours while they were able to keep their running. " Just because it's new doesn't mean it won't someday break in two." – my jewish roomate in college.. There was also another christian based on two years ago but they tried a business model that made them have to shut-down due to lack of funds… (no jewish jokes guys.. be nice)
I'd be interested to see if you have any experience with Christian-safe video sharing options that didn't sell their software to adult-oriented stuff. Our church is pricing out a solution to build a 'media dashboard' similar to youtube and Clip-Share seems much more affordable but the fact that they offer adult-content software rules them out immediately.
well, the purchasers of the software can do whatever they'd like with it… they just offer the service.
It's all in how you look at it, perhaps… it's like the godaddy question to a certain degree…
I can tell you that this is not something you see discussed on a jewish social network too often.
