Interesting talk. I’d tend to agree with what he said. I worked from a different location in an entirely different state last week (while still answering calls and email like normal) and got a lot more work done on another task I’ve been working on because I was basically alone and could be distacted when I wanted to be. I still get a lot of work done in the office, and I’m actually, usually, more productive there than when I work from home because I allow myself to be easily distracted by other things that I’ve been wanting to do at home. Luckily I have headphones and an office door that I can use to block out most distractions other than my immediately tasks and responsibilities.
