iKrut, a free online recruitment software has three top goals:
Pretty sweet, right? I can see a lot of non-profits, churches, and/or ministries using it if they need. It’s a totally free recruitment system with no catches or contracts. Hire 5 people? You can use it. Hire 10,000 people a year? Still good.

Found another small web app that lets you upload files anonymously for free use. Of course, the danger here is that they are public so if you don’t want to sign up, but looks like a neat solution if you’re in the mood to try another one out.

It’s free and although the UI and design isn’t “out of this world” it might just what your small church or organization might need.
I’d much rather use the the Scosche Ipusbm Flipsync than the standard USB Dock Connector provided by Apple since this is super-light, super small, and acts as a keychain. It’s also only a few bucks more than Apple’s!
I’d say this is a smoking #WIN.
Chance Mason of 316 Networks announced that they have successfully implemented HD streaming and dynamic bitrates for their online video streaming platform:
I can finally say that we have launched our first customer leveraging VX Media Suite (our online video platform) as the player delivering a live feed in six different bitrates ranging from 2000kbs to 500kbs with adaptive bitrate.
This technology essentially eliminates all buffering issues for your viewers. The player automatically detects the viewer’s connection and will switch between feeds without buffering.
Dynamic bitrates will continue to become more important as varying connection speeds of the end-users come into play. Chance also details some reasons why video technology like this will be important to multi-site ministries and others:
