Have you ever wanted an iPhone case that doubled as a wallet?
High-end Mac accessory maker TwelveSouth recently released the BookBook iPhone Case and Wallet which makes going ‘old school’ hip. Your high-tech smartphone can sport a ye olde look by being cleverly disguised as a distressed leather-bound tiny book.
This case is legit.
It even looks like a Bible on the outside. People will think you are bringing the Word to Church!
Maybe you don’t have a need for this. Some people like their iPhones to be case-less or naked. I, on the other hand, really love all the cases that are out there for iOS users.
After seeing this video I want one for my own phone.

A friend tipped me off on this. Looks nice. I just wish there was one for a Droid X, b/c I’d definitely rock this case.
Interesting. I actually really like this. I’ve been a sucker for wallets my whole life and this is pretty snazzy.
The only thing I’m not sure about is flipping the cover open to take calls. If it’s easy to slide out of the case I think I would just do that for taking calls.

Ordered one yesterday after someone else showed it to me. They seem to be getting a lot of publicity!
You know I’ve been thinking of getting a new wallet lately… That is one nice case.
This case looks great. Except with the design it looks like to would be annoying to actually have to use the iPhone for a phone call (anyone remember those?) for any period of time greater than a minute.
To break it down; that would be my driver’s license, debit card, Costco card, gas card, receipts, the couple club cards I carry and cash all in 1 spot. Not only would my light and slim phone not be light and slim and somewhat awkward to use in a fashion I’m used to using it in, if someone jacked my fake old book I would be completely and utterly screwed.
I think I’ll pass.
