I love using Google because of how effective it is to search for documents on the Interwebs.
So when I initially found out about using quotation marks to search for a specific phrase several years back, I was hooked.
Now that I look at the infographic below, I realize how poorly of a power user I really was. Sure, I have some of the comparators and insight browsing, but there is so much more to it than this.
- You can search for exact phrases (“”), exclude a word (-), go within a site (site:), and using blanks (*)
- Conversion, translation, mathematics, movie records, flight numbers, and tracking numbers all can be searched via Google’s homepage.
- Google isn’t all business. Make Google become Atari based, jump back to 1998, or do a barrel roll.
Just talking about the basic search engine that is Google, what do you love the most?
