Man. Too bad. I really liked the GodBlogCon name.
It had a number of nuances associated with it that wasn’t so sterile like “Christian Web Conference.” The “con” moniker makes me think of geeks gathering together for a good time, like ComicCon or DragonCon, etc…
(Not like I ever went to one of those… … …)
But hey, they didn’t ask me, and that’s a good thing (but they do need a good true software programmer or developer on the speaking roster… how can you advance the kingdom through web technologies without someone coding the actual advancement?)
But seriously, that’s too bad. It makes me wonder if there are any true Christian Blogging Conferences out there…?
If not, I’ll have to bring one back or something, like: ChurchCrunchCon… or ChurchCrunchComCon (ChurchCrunch Community Conference)…
