		<description>These are definitely needed in churches - I&#039;m currently working on a whole media ministry program (to include social media) for our church.  It&#039;s a lot of work and I&#039;m not even a staff person just a volunteer. </description>

Basically we ask our team to keep their personal accounts in line with the values of the church, and we warn them about the legal liabilities you have when you blog. I&#039;d like to have a more comprehensive policy eventually, but we&#039;ve not really seen the need for it yet.  </description>
