Has your email communication style changed over the years?
I tend to use far more emoticons and hashtags than I have ever before. Without non-verbal cues (which comprises 90% of interpersonal communication), it’s easy for meaning to get lost in translation. By adding these other elements, I find that less meaning is lost.

THIS IS ME! Yes, I catch myself being too informal (all the time) writing an email. A simple email turns into a major time commitment. I love this video. Thanks for sharing.
