They’ve had self-service kiosks at department stores for years, so the use concept is very much a part of our culture. Remember when you always handed your bank card or credit card to the cashier at Walmart? Now we do it ourselves. The same goes for fueling-up at the gas station.
So why not adapt that same daily tech in the church? Is it time for the classic “sign-up table” to go by the wayside?
For large to mega churches, the new church self-service kiosk by Elexio could be a great solution using a self-service technology approach that most of us find commonplace.

Elexio’s newest solution is a touchscreen based self-service kiosk that works as a:
- Giving solution
- Volunteer sign-up
- Small group sign-up
- Prayer request station
- And personal information update location
And if you’re already using Elexio’s ChMS member solutions, the church self-service kiosk integrates perfectly!
Like I said before, this solution is aimed at large to mega churches with the exception of medium sized churches looking to streamline.
Pricing is as follows:
- $30 per month for Elexio Fusion Database ChMS users
- $50 per month without an Elexio Fusion Database ChMS licnese
- $2,200 per kiosk — hardware
Is this the way of the future?
Would you like to see this in your church (no matter the size)?

It seems like a great idea, but the price is going to have to come down a lot in order to make it feasible.

Agreed. This is really designed more for larger churches, which makes me wonder if there could be a cheaper solution designed for smaller congregations. Perhaps after this has been out for a while and technology moves forward, this type of solution will become affordable for all.
