Most of us are pretty used to working on the weekends. In fact, most of us probably see Saturday and Sunday as opportunities to “catch up.”
I think ministries and churches can too easily take advantage of our good nature and have us work on the weekends. In fact, it can be even harder since a lot of us work on Sunday as part of the ministry!
What are you doing to promote “no burnout” in your web designers?
What are you doing as a designer to stay from the burn out?

This is really good.
EVERY senior leader, manager, whatchamacallit in the church needs to read this!
i need to read it for myself.
To promote “no burnout” I ignore you on sundays
thanks.
I think that it is a 2-way street this; so often the web designer is engrossed in so many other activities – personal, work, church and the desire (need?) to try new things.
Me is no web Designer but I can quite easily spend all night trying to figure out something on my own blog.
that’s true.
To avoid burnout:
1. Love what you do.
2. Find a second thing that you also love to do.
3. Spend just a little more time doing the second thing that you think you should.
Oddly enough, that’s also my formula for success, relieving stress, and losing weight. Go figure.
dude. agree. and i need to lose some weight.
