One of our core tenets is to be accessible even for micro-organizations. For those even smaller ones like you're describing (maybe nano-ministries), it might make sense to combine some free tools and word of mouth. You can use free tools like Pledgie, Facebook causes, Tipjoy... (any that I missed?) and then grow in to a bigger system like Donor Tools. In fact, I think with PayPal you can even use widgets like ChipIn and others.
