Crossroads Christian Church of Corona, California is planning on launching their Online Campus with a little help from MediaSocial. You can see their campus online right here.
We had blogged about MediaSocial.tv and their ‘internet campus in a box‘ about 9 months ago (and had also submitted a request for more info… we’re still waiting) but it seems their product is now officially being leveraged and used in the wild.
Great stuff, and looks good:

Thanks Jim for the tip.

you can also follow MediaSocial.TV @mediasocialtv
Thanks John for the support.
because you’re awesome.
Thanks!
Word up! This seems super user-friendly and simple. Definitely worth looking into…I love the “in a box” solution. For our equipment, we used the Church in a Box system. Love that concept.
yeah. i don’t think it’s live video though, sim-live.
yeah it’s not live. I looked into it to see what it was all about & they told me that it broadcasts a prerecorded video at certain times. I would love to see something like this with a live feature as well.
that woudl be awesome.
actually, we do have a live feature that will launch soon…stay tuned…
Just signed up with MediaSocial for more info. Anyone know prices?
nope. not i.
Looks just like Central’s online campus . . . http://www.mediasocial.tv/Central/facebook.aspx . . . oh wait, that’s because it is.
teehee.
Jim, always been a fan of making online ministry easier and you guys are doing that. Great stuff.
Couple questions: (1) Why have the MediaSocial logo at the top AND bottom? (2) I’ve only seen one layout, are there others?
the site looks awesome. clean and functional.
curious how you curate the discussion. when i talk with other campus crusade for christ staff members about their reservations in adding a virtual element to their meeting, the first thing EVERYONE says is “what if someone starts saying ________ in the chat?”
it has not been a huge issue for my local ministry (Chico State) where we host a virtual meeting using Livestream, but would love to hear about ways others respond to these fears.
