Creative Power Up with Andrew Mason – 001 – “Structure”

Ever hit a creative block?

It always seems to happen when every second counts, especially during crunch-time.

And it’s almost impossible to “cram” for creativity, no matter how hard you try.

What if there were an easier, less stressful way to incorporate creative rhythm and fun into your life?

Sound too good to be true?

In today’s video, we look at the secret missing component to living a less-stressful life of creativity:  Structure.

So that’s it.  Compounding interest.  Little habits that add up over the course of our lives.

How many of us were running the day we were born?  It happens slowly after crawling, standing, and walking.

What about you?

How are your creative muscles? Could you use a little rest or fun in your daily life?  Could you use some more structure to actually accomplish more?

How does your personal rhythm work?  Leave a comment below!

This was truly inspiring. I just had 5 projects dropped on my desk followed by, “Could you have these done by July 1st, you’re awesome man.”

Went to lunch, watched some videos from E3, and now I’m finding it easier to come back and start tackling the first project.
