Church Management Software Comparison

Thanks to my buds over at Digital.Lead.Net I got wind of a very cool chart that compares some of the top Church Management Software suites and their functional features.

It’s very comprehensive and is simple to use.  Go here to rock the chart and take it for a spin.

Or check out this nifty iFrame action:

So, what are you guys using?

At The Rock we are rocking FellowshipOne. Got to say we are really happy with them and in my opinion are miles ahead of the competition when it comes to forward thinking and the future. Oh yeah, they twitter too! In fact they saw that I had helped someone out via twitter and sent me an Amazon gift card! That’s a company I would bet on! – http://tinyurl.com/6d7h2z

At The Rock (www.rockchurch.com)we use FellowshipOne (www.fellowshiptech.com).We have been very pleased with them and in my opinion they are miles ahead of the competition in terms of forward thinking and the future of the web. Right now @nickfloyd is working on a restful api that is going to be huge when it's released. On a personal level they are great people too (no really, I've met them).

Oh yeah they're on twitter too, in fact they saw that I had helped someone out via twitter and sent me an Amazon gift card thanking me. Here's what the email said:
"We saw a twitter from @delguera that singled you out as a big help. We wanted you to know that we really appreciate the help you are providing in the community."

Now that's a company I can believe in. Go check them out and tell them I sent you.

Hey, my name is Trevor and I work for Excellerate Church Management Software. After the above chart was compiled we started work on our new version of the check-in system and I thought I would give you a sneak peak at an exciting addition. Our new version will let churches use fingerprint scanning to check kids in. This makes for lightening fast check-in, and if you use the parents' prints the security you'll have is amazing. If you want more info, you can email me at trevor@excellerate.com, and in a week or two we should have some more details posted on our website, http://www.excellerate.com

The chart is really good and offers helpful comparisons but it doesn’t show some of the lesser known equally as good church management software out there. I’d say check them all out by doing a search so you don’t miss a good one.
