The fact is that passwords are not being utilized well and so your church or ministry may be SEVERELY vulnerable. If it was just going to be impacting you, I’d call you dumb and walk away. The problem is that you have so much private and financial information of individuals in your congregation that you need to be more responsible than you are right now. We want to help you increase your security tenfold.
The Era of the Content Beast [Infographic]
The age of the Internet provides us with a near endless supply of content in so many different mediums. The social media onslaught has reduced our attention span to almost zero. And we are able to connect with people that create great content as well as those that make terrible, minimal effort junk.
In all of this chaos, if you want your church, ministry or nonprofit to survive online, let alone be able to speak through the noise, you need to create lots and lots of great content. Need some tips?

History of Windows XP Original Wallpaper [Video]
Do you know the story about Microsoft’s famous rolling green hills image that they use as the default background on their operating system software? The image is called Bliss and is featured on the now retired Windows XP OS. The photographer that took the image is Charles O’Rear just north of San Francisco and he swears that there was no Photoshopping done on the photo.
The truth is that photos have the power to tell amazing stories. The question is, are we stopping to take a snapshot of these little moments?

Go Ahead, Ask the Internet
Have you seen the latest HTC One commercial? (It’s below if you haven’t)
We have Commissioner Gordon (Gary Oldman) telling us that it does not matter what they say about the phone because it is not a smartphone that they should have to try to sell to you. It sells itself. And if you are too dumb to fall for some gimmick, they don’t want you to buy it.
Do we do that with everything else in our lives? Is our “research” just looking it up on the Internet?

iPads and Kids: More Mobile Than Ever [Infographic]
Technology is a funny thing to the latest generations in that it has completely integrated into the lives of college students, teens, and children. For adults, tablets were not created till they were teenagers or later, so it is a whole new world (and probably a bit scary). Best April Fool’s Prank Ever? [Video]
My heart is in youth ministry which means I can exegete with the best of them, I am there to sit down with teenagers who are struggling with finding their identity, and I can work with parents who feel helpless communicating with their children. Yet I have a humorous side that always comes out when I hang out with high schoolers or am living life with volunteers. Honestly, if Jesus had access to a whoopie cushion, I believe that He would use it and then make a life-giving, life-changing parable out of it.
