
I think micro-management stinks for a billion and one reasons.
Whoever taught those managers to “manage” was not too bright. I hope most of our readers here don’t find themselves in this type of position or job.

Well everyone hates micromanagement, but I think a lot of micromanagers can’t see the alternative.
I think micromanagers are those who focus too carefully on input, rather than really measuring output well.
