I honestly don’t think I have bought much at an apple store other than an occational cord when I am traveling or something small like that. But I visit apple stores all the time. Both to look at the merchandise and for support. Every time I have gone in for service I have been very happy. Most of the time I have walked out with a new product. My mouse wasn’t working last week. I walked in, described my problem. The guy walked over to the regular retail shelf, opened the box and gave me a new mouse. Other than waiting for an available genuis. It took 2 minutes. Literally 2 minutes.
In my mind that is the genius of the physical store. I want to buy apple because I know that they will get it right.
Impressive.
Apple = awesome everytime! They do it right and get it right as Adam says. Their customer service, which Steve wanted to max out, is impeccable. The store itself is clean and awesome as well. I wish we had one here in Columbia, SC.
