I'm for openness and believe that mobile internet apps are the future of Apps in general. I'm a mac fanboy. I think they dropped the ball on the ipad, and even though they raised the bar for a lot of other companies out there, they could get lazy if they're not careful. The hardware has definitely been getting prettier, but don't forget that the OS has taken a leap in the last 6 months and the Android Market is becoming more and more of a legit place for app devs to invest time.
