Consider how much folks actually use a desktop / laptop for these days and in terms of business usage it's likely only mail and office based apps on the whole. And do we need laptops for that with centralised / cloud storage? If money was no object then everyone would have to have a personalised laptop from Alienware (even tho' Dell now own them).
